The best coffee in Logan, let alone Brisbane in my opinion.

Extraction Artisan Coffee is located in Logan, approximately 20km’s to Brisbane.
The team are passionate about real cooking and extracting flavour from familiar ingredients. Almost everything on the menu, all the sauces, relishes, condiments and purées are made in-house. Making from scratch, the house bread, brioche, muffins, cakes, aioli, relishes, bbq sauce, vinaigrettes, and caramel, chocolate and vanilla syrups for their milkshakes.

We will only serve coffee that scores 80 points or above and is considered speciality grade, the highest in the world.”
