The Grazeland directors have made the difficult decision to postpone the opening of Grazeland for one week due to delays in the certification and compliance processes.
Due to the timing and processes involved with certification and compliance, Grazeland, Melbourne’s newest dining precinct, has unfortunately been forced to push back its opening date. Originally scheduled to welcome visitors from this Friday 19th March with a bumper first weekend, Grazeland will now open its doors next Friday 26th March.
“To deliver an unparalleled dining experience such as Grazeland, there are a multitude of safety and certification requirements that are beyond our control and sadly, we have been unable to receive the appropriate paperwork to open in time for this Friday. At such a late stage in the game when everyone involved has worked tirelessly, this is bitterly disappointing,” says John Forman, Grazeland Director.
“We are now working with the relevant parties to expedite the paperwork so we can throw our doors open as soon as possible. We’re looking forward to welcoming guests into Grazeland from 26th March.”
The 10,000sqm precinct in Spotswood will host over 50 sweet and savoury vendors serving up signature dishes from around the world. It will be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
