The Little Big Dairy Co is a proud, family-owned business, comprising a century-long line of dairy farmers. Their pure existence is to make sure they provide you with the best milk you can buy, with a passion to match that of any coffee roasting company we have had the pleasure to see compete in the Golden Bean over the last 16 years of competition.
I might be a sucker for healthy looking cows with pretty names, but this is exactly what makes Little Big Dairy Co special, their herd of 800 beautiful Holsteins, born and raised on the farm. Each has a name known by heart.
Meet Ally – Thanks to Ally and her team, they will be delivering fresh milk to this year’s Golden Bean competition.
Little Big Dairy recognise it’s the happiness and health of these beautiful Holsteins that allows them to deliver over 8-million litres of milk each year. It’s this care factor that allows each litre of high quality milk traceable down to the very cow from where it came!
This family-owned milk company comes with passion and heart as their main ingredient, which is carried through the process from cow to cup.
This commitment to quality will allow each coffee entry into a dairy category of the Golden Bean to stand out in its coffee profile.
