Our Classic Drinking Chocolate is a Vegan friendly 15% Cocoa robust chocolate base that is designed to create the ultimate hot chocolate and works easily as well as a dusting chocolate for your cappuccino or mocha lovers.
The Decadent Drinking Chocolate at 21% Cocoa has a rich chocolate taste with perfectly balanced sweet and milky notes. A totally versatile blend that can be used in hot or cold beverages.
At the top of the range in dark drinking chocolate is the new Indulgent blend, a premium 30% cocoa base that’s Vegan friendly. We’ve recently developed this blend to cater for demands from high end espresso bars and restaurants looking to add a more premium chocolate base to their beverage menu.
Finally, one of our favourites, the Exquisite White Chocolate base. A unique, balanced premium white chocolate, it is ideal for white mocha lattes, white chocolate frappés, indulgent hot white chocolate drinks and much more.
Here’s some really easy recipes for you to implement in your cafe.
Almond Chocolate Frappe – 16oz. (475ml)
To a blender add ¾ cup ice, ¾ cup of almond milk, ¼ cup of almonds, 2 scoops (80g) of Indulgent Drinking Chocolate beverage powder and blend.
White Chocolate Mocha – 8oz. (240ml)
To a cup or mug add 1 cup of milk, 1 espresso shot, 1 scoop (40g) of Exquisite White Chocolate beverage powder and stir.
